We strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers, but unfortunately, hiccups can happen. However, we're committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction, so here's some things you should know if you'd like to return a product you purchased from our online store:

• You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment through your customer account dashboard, or by contacting us directly.
• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Or contact us directly with your name, email, and order information and we will get back you you promptly.

A few other things you should know...

• Return requests more than 30 days beyond the original delivery date are not eligible for a return.
• Credit card and debit card refunds will be credited back to the card used for the initial purchase.
• Absolutely no returns will be accepted on used merchandise. McFly Outdoors reserves the right to determine if an item is “used” or “worn.”
• McFly Outdoors reserves the right to not accept returned merchandise without original packaging and/or tags.
• ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return shipment.

Orders & Shipping

All orders usually ship in 2-5 business days. We currently do not offer shipping to international addresses and cannot guarantee shipping to military or APO addresses. We reserve the right to change this policy and exclude certain products, product categories and/or brands from special shipping offers. Expedited or other non-standard shipping rates are currently not available.

Orders placed with an incorrect shipping option will not be processed and we may reach out to you to correct this, or may cancel the order at our discretion.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping to parcel forwarding services is not guaranteed and may result in the cancellation of your order at our sole discretion.

Any order may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion on the premise of suspected fraud or misuse.
